I'd like to extend my sincerest condolences to Ludwik's family. One regret I have is that I was in Toronto all of last week and missed the service.
Ludwik was a special person who always gave of himself, both socially and corporately. I had the pleasure of working with him when we were at Trizec together and we remained friends through all these years. He will be missed.

I would like to express my condolences to Ludwik's family. I had the pleasure of working with Ludwik for the past 15 years. Ludwik represented TrizecHahn and was a customer of Siemens Building Technologies for years. At one point,Ludwik operated a business segment of TrizecHahn called Trizec Technical Services (TTS). Ludwik worked very hard to ensure that his team and all contractors executed work in a timely/efficient manner to support all the TrizecHahn buildings and tenants at all times. Customer satisfaction and Building Operating Efficiency were key measurements to Ludwik. He was proud of this business unit and the philosophy that TTS represented to the buildings.
I was fortunate to have Ludwik as a colleague at Siemens where we worked on various projects together. Ludwik was always very meticulous in every assignment he accepted and always gave 110% to his work. Ludwik was the "King" of documentation and anyone that ever worked with him knew that Ludwik had investigated every option and had all specifications and back-up paperwork associated with the project.
Ludwik was a perfectionist at everything he did and was always very professional in his occupation. A more positive man you will never meet.
We will all miss Ludwik.

I would like to extend my sincerest condolensces to Ludwik's family for their loss. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Ludwik in operations within buildings owned and operated by TrizecHahn for several years. As so many have mentioned, Ludwik always looked towards the positive side of everything and provided tremendous ownership and leadership amongst his peers. Ludwik was interested in the Calgary Building Operators Association where he was instantly welcomed into because of his positive attitude and his willing to share work interests his fellow building operators, chief engineers and associates. Ludwik became actively involved in our executive committee taking on the role as treasurer where he excelled in bringing the accounting books up to a precise level of expertise. His enthusiasm was infectious and touched everyone he ever met. He will be a dearly missed good friend and colleague.

To the Family of Ludwik;
Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of Ludwik.
Ludwik and I worked together for many years while employed by Trizec Office Properties, in various highrise office towers in downtown Calgary.
Ludwik was always a proud husband and father and spoke of you all often. He'd beam with pride while speaking of his daughters or Krystyna.
We shared a mutual love of dogs and exchanged many stories about raising and training German Sheppards.
Ludwik will be remembered by his friends and colleagues in the commercial real estate industry as a dedicated professional and "company man."
Ludwik's nickname was "Ludwik von Trizec" in recognition of his dedication to the company.
No one ever questioned whose interests he had at heart; family first, then the company.
Ludwik had a smile for everyone and found the impossible upside to every situation. Ludwik was a well known and repected leader in the commercial office building industry, and he will be missed.
