Honeywell recalls Fluid Power Actuators Model V4055/V4062/V9055 with date codes 9744 through 9841

We have been advised by Honeywell that V4055,V4062 and V9055 Fluid Power Actuators with manufacturing date codes of 9744 through 9841 may have a manufacturing defect which can cause a safety issue.

Honeywell is notifying customers of the recall. Honeywell provides an information letter detailing the possible hazards together with a list of “Frequently Asked Questions and Answers ”.
